We’ve got about a week left in our first Kickstarter campaign and we’re nearly 80% funded! If you’ve already pledged, a huge THANK YOU! And if you’re thinking about it, you’ve still got time to get in on the fun.

This comic book has been a great example of why it’s so fun to make comics with friends. It started out as a one-off story to give Dann a chance to draw a retro sci-fi comic and has evolved into a love letter to the comics we grew up on and a rumination on the nature of reality itself. And Dex Corrigan evolved from a one-note generic hero to a noble, tragic figure. Plus it just looks damn great!

Take a gander at some of the art from the first issue and if you like what you see, head on over to the campaign and get yourself a copy!

Excited to share with y’all that Repercussion Comics’ first foray into Kickstarter is now live!

The first in a three-issue series, “Dex Corrigan” follows the titular character as he battles the Anathema, an alien race that may hold the key to existence itself!

It’s a love letter to the comics from the start of the Golden Age up through the beginning of the Modern Age, back when the only real way to get comics was on the spinner rack at the local drugstore.

Featuring a cover by comics legend Mike Gustovich, art by Dann Phillips and lovingly colored and lettered by Marc Haines, it really is a beautiful book. Not that we’re biased or anything.

You can grab a copy (and a T-shirt and poster, too!) over on Kickstarter: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/88240098/dex-corrigan-the-rise-and-fall

And thanks in advance for your support!

Curious what kind of music Aria Evensong and the other residents of Gargoyle Park like to listen to? Head on over to the newest page at the Gargoyle Park site and while you’re there, check out some amazing artwork by Craig Wolden!
