Repercussion Comics

So I messed up.  Today when I went to go check out how we’re doing at Comic Hovel, I saw that Kwiddex Protocol had only 1 vote registered.  After checking with them, I discovered that because I’d used a text link for voting rather than using their own code, their system assumed there was some shady business going on and negated the votes.  Makes sense, I’m sure there’s always going to be people trying to game the system.  Unfortunately, my ignorance cost Kwiddex the top spot, so for that I apologize.

I retooled the ranking info below so now it features all the voting buttons so we don’t run into this problem again.  So you may notice that my numbers for our current rank may be higher or lower than what’s listed on the button since they update the rankings constantly, but this way we’ll be sure all our votes will get recorded and the ranking sites will know we’re on the up and up.

So once again, my apologies to all you loyal voters, but I will say that based on how quickly we made it to #1 last time, I have a feeling Kwiddex will be on top again pretty soon, if not this month then next.  And of course, I have to look on the bright side and recognize that all of our other titles are still in the top 15 over there, plus Phat Daddy’s gettin’ close to breaking the 1000 mark at Web Comic List and Kreetor is moving rapidly up the charts as well.  And the most important thing, we’ve got awesome stories 🙂  Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

And Starstorm comes out on top today!  It’s a hard-fought battle this month with “Dragon Heroes”, and “Small Press Adventures” got kicked off the main page today (curse you, Nikki Sprite and Wayrift!)  Otherwise, we’re kind of all over the place, holding steady on some sites, gaining ground on others, and losing ground in some cases.  Still not seeing a big bump in readers, although Kreetor has seen really great traffic the last couple of days, and hopefully today’s verbal sparring match between Gutor and Gore will help.  It’s been a great week, and I’ll be back tomorrow to crunch some more numbers and of course there’s more fun in store starting Monday when we find out where Sheldon’s headed, see what Carl’s been up to and find out what Jason Thorne finds behind door #1.  Thanks as always for your support!
